- Ett enzym som katalyserar första steget i histidinbiosyntesen hos Salmonella typhimurium. ATP reagerar reversibelt med 5-fosforibosyl-1-pyrofosfat för att ge N-1-(5´-fosforibosyl)-ATP och pyrofosfat. EC 2.4.2.17.
