Användningsanmärkning
- Ett cysteinproteinas som finns i många vävnader. Det hydrolyserar en rad olika endogena proteiner, inkl. neuropeptider, cytoskelettproteiner, proteiner i glatt muskulatur, hjärtmuskelvävnad, lever, blodplättar och erytrocyter. Man känner till två underklasser med hög resp. låg känslighet för kalcium. Enzymet tar bort Z-skivorna och M-linjerna från myofibriller, aktiverar fosforylaskinas och nukleotidoberoende proteinkinas.
