Användningsanmärkning
- Ett enzym som katalyserar reversibla reaktioner mellan ett nukleosidtrifosfat, t ex ATP, och ett nukleosidmonofosfat, t ex UMP, varvid bildas ADP och UDP. Många nukleosidmonofosfater kan verka som mottagare, medan många ribo- och deoxiribonukleosidtrifosfater kan verka som givare. EC 2.7.4.4.
