Användningsanmärkning
- Dedicerade, erytroida stamceller som härstammar från myeloida stamceller. Stamcellerna utvecklas i två steg: erytroida "burst-forming"-enheter (BFU-E) och därefter erytroida kolonibildande enheter (CFU-E). Differentiering av BFU-E till CFU-E sker efter stimulering med erytropoietin och sedan till erytroblaster efter stimulering med andra faktorer.
