TERO - Finnish Ontology of Health and Welfare
Beskrivning
TERO, the Finnish Ontology of Health and Welfare, is used in for example Julkari, the shared open repository for the publications. TERO expands on the YSO with health care sector terminology.
Tero contains all the terms in the European Multilingual Thesaurus on Health Promotion (TESA / HPMULTI), all the terms in Stakes' Stameta glossary, parts of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health glossary and some 2,500 MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) terms. Equivalences to YSO terms and one another have also been defined for these, and all terms have their place defined in the YSO hierarchy. The original associative relationships (related) are also included.
