Note
- Open data can be provided by the public sector, companies, other organisations as well as private individuals. The terms of use of any open data can be found in its accompanying licence. The most common licences that comply with public sector recommendations are Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, which mandates that the data be properly attributed , and CC0, which permits anyone to use the data without any special requirements.
