Definition
- principle according to which a person has the right to manage and utilise data (machine-readable information) that pertains to them
Note
- The principle can be applied to the management of personal data and anonymised information in various ways, for example by ensuring the person's consent to the collection of data or by enabling the transfer of the data to third-party services if the person so wishes.
